I just recovered from an attack of Cold and Catarrh about two weeks ago only for me to develop another episode last weekend. This time around, I also have a sore throat in addition to the cold and catarrh. What could be causing this incessant attack of cold and what can I do about it?

A person can develop incessant attacks of cold and catarrh for many reasons ranging from stress, poor body resistance to exposure to extreme conditions of cold and dusty weather. Your sore throat may also be investigated to rule out the possibility of an infected tonsil which may need some antibiotics treatment in addition to the usual medications for cold and catarrh.
