Some primary school pupils in Ibadan have penned the things they want people to know about them and the things they love doing. Blessing Agoro, an on-air personality (OAP), on Diamond FM, University of Ibadan, spoke with the pupils. Kingsley Alumona brings excerpts:

Tomiwa Alabi
I am a pupil of Richgates Divine School. I am a female child and the first among three children in my family. I love sumptuous meals. I am always eager to learn and grow. I am passionate about subjects like science and mathematics, which challenge me to think logically and understand the work around me.
Aside from academics, I enjoy participating in extracurricular activities like choir, coding, and painting which let me explore my talents and meet new friends. Also, I love going on adventures with friends because it relaxes me and makes me creative.

I am an eight-year-old girl. I am 149cm tall and weigh 42kg. I am a Yoruba Christian from Oyo State. I live in Ibadan. The name of my school is The Mid-Line British School. I am in grade four.
My favourite foods are fried rice, chicken, and ketchup. My favourite colour is pink, my favourite cartoon is Unicorn Academy, my favourite sport is skipping and swimming, and my favourite subject is French. I like drawing and colouring. I dislike fighting. What I want to be in the future is a woman who owns companies of artists and a lawyer.
