Nigerian-Ghanaian-American entrepreneur and creative producer Harrison Ekeoma Osondu Iheke is set to expand his activities in music and digital technology, with a new single and a music festival in the pipeline.

Iheke, who is based in Newark, New Jersey, is preparing to release the single “Bo$$lady” before the end of 2026 through HMusic. He is also working towards the Ghana Music Festival New Jersey, scheduled for September 4, 2027.

The projects form part of his activities in the African music and entertainment industry, where he has worked as a producer, creative director and talent manager.

Born in Ghana and raised in Nigeria, Iheke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Abuja and a Diploma in Management from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. He also has professional certifications from South Africa and the United States.

He founded HL Entertainment in 2012 to pursue interests in African music and creative media. Through the company, he has worked with Nigerian and Ghanaian artists on music distribution, video production and brand strategy.

His interest in the use of technology in music also led to the development of the HMusic App, a digital streaming platform and virtual studio designed to provide independent musicians with tools for music creation and distribution.

The platform is intended to help emerging artists reach wider audiences and address challenges associated with producing and distributing music.

Outside entertainment, Iheke has worked in public safety and mental health-related services in the United States.

His experience includes work with the New Jersey Department of Health at Trenton Psychiatric Hospital, as well as roles in state juvenile detention and corrections facilities.

His responsibilities have included de-escalation, conflict resolution and human safety.

The Ghana Music Festival New Jersey is expected to promote Ghanaian and other African music and culture among audiences in the United States, while providing opportunities for engagement between artists and the African diaspora.

Iheke is marking his birthday on October 13, 2026, as he continues his work across public safety, entertainment and digital music innovation.
