A socio-political group, Leaders With Foresight Development Initiatives, on Thursday endorsed Honourable Bamidele Ologunloluwa for the House of Representatives seat for Akure North/South Federal Constituency, citing his public service experience, grassroots engagement, and leadership credentials.

The endorsement was contained in a statement issued in Akure and signed by the group’s National Secretary, Olaoluwa Aremo, describing Ologunloluwa as a prepared and credible aspirant capable of offering effective representation at the National Assembly.

According to the group, Ologunloluwa’s background in public service has equipped him with the experience required for legislative duties.

It noted that he previously served as Senior Special Assistant (Central) to the Governor of Ondo State, a role that involved policy coordination and engagement with multiple stakeholders across the government, as well as Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, where he oversaw programmes aimed at youth empowerment and sports development in the state.

The group said his tenure in these offices was characterised by responsiveness, inclusiveness, and an emphasis on structured governance, adding that he demonstrated the ability to translate policy discussions into practical outcomes that benefited the public.

It also referenced his period as Chairman of the Ondo State Football Agency, stating that his leadership contributed to improved coordination and accountability within the state’s sports sector.

The group said his continuous engagement with youth organisations, professional groups, traditional rulers, women leaders, and community stakeholders have strengthened his understanding of local needs.

The group therefore called on political stakeholders and residents of Akure North/South Federal Constituency to support Ologunloluwa’s aspiration, describing it as an opportunity to promote credible leadership and purposeful representation in the House of Representatives.
