Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi’s other talents

You can never know that the paramount ruler of Iwo land, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi, is a man blessed with many talents, unless you are close to him.

The stylish monarch is well-versed and gifted as an orator and also a writer. Many who had seen him speak cannot doubt this, the fancy king matches history with dates and recalls vividly events that shaped Nigeria and his kingdom.

His recently published book, The Code of Kings, is enjoying a wide readership and its acceptance among the rich, the mighty and the ordinary must have inspired the thoughts of another work, with the news that the King is already writing another book.

In a recent conversation with some friends and his aides in his palace, the Oluwo hinted that he is already writing a new book.

Oba Akanbi revealed that one of his biggest talents is giving his thoughts in words and the new book, which he claims would be explosive will address the hidden gift of the Yoruba race and gives solution to how the people can tap from it.

He analysed the role of religion, the kings, the black race and other things of value in the coming work.
