Media personality, Ifadayo Olarinde, popularly known as Daddy Freeze, has defended TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, against criticism over his decision to marry fellow influencer, Amadou Elizabeth Aminata popularly known as Jarvis.
Speaking during a recent video broadcast, he said marriage should not be used as a measure of success.
He, however, argued that being financially capable of getting married at a young age is an achievement that deserves recognition.

According to Daddy Freeze, many of those calling Peller an “olodo” and accusing him of creating “brain-rot” content do not have the financial means to take on the responsibilities that come with marriage, including paying a bride price.
“Marriage itself is not a measure of success, but being able to afford it at a young age like Peller is,” Daddy Freeze said.
Tribune Online reports that Peller and Jarvis recently announced that their wedding will take place on August 1, 2026.
