KINGP’s Banga hits 1M views on You Tube

For Promise Ilebor, otherwise known as KINGP, it has been a roller coaster of success stories in 2020. From dropping Banga, a song which featured rapper, Zlatan, to releasing the visuals that has now recorded over a million views on You Tube, the singer appears to have hit a gold mine.

The singer, in an interview with R on Thursday said he started the year on a good footing, appreciating his fans for always supporting his career from years back.

He insisted that he would not have come this far without the continued support of his loyal fans, who have equally kept him on his toes in order not to get carried away by the success he has recorded with Banga.

This development, according to KINGP pushed him back to the studio to cook another tune Roborebe, which was released some weeks back. According to him, keeping the momentum going and building on the success of previous achievements is the best way to go.

Speaking further, the Banga crooner who dropped the visuals to Roborebe on Thursday, said he had promised his fans to keep them entertained despite the lockdown currently being experienced in every part of the world following the outbreak of coronavirus.

“For me, the dream is to keep pushing out mind-blowing materials such as Bangax Roborebe and more. Right now, we have dropped the video which for me, shows the state of things in Nigeria and Africa at large. Music for me is not about making money but a tool to address issues disturbing Nigerians. This is what the video is all about and we will not stop until something is done to make life more meaningful for the people of Nigeria,” he said
