Marshal explained that Governor Idris approved the payment as part of his commitment to supporting Kebbi indigenes pursuing legal education and ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder their professional development.
He expressed appreciation to Idris for his continued support for Kebbi law students and the Ministry of Justice, noting that the gesture would significantly ease the financial burden on the beneficiaries and enable them to focus on their studies and professional training.
It will be recalled that the government also paid tuition and registration fees for Kebbi indigenes attending the Nigerian Law School in 2024 and 2025
