Expectations for the incoming administration

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to be sworn in as the new president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on May 29, 2023 by Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola in Abuja.

I believe Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is well aware of the current security challenges facing the country. All Nigerians both home and abroad want the president elect to look into this and restore peace back to Nigeria. This is so that those who relocated abroad as a result of insecurity will come back to contribute their quota to growth and development of this nation.

Nigeria belongs to us all. Tinubu is expected to bring every Nigerian together at this moment.

In the United States of America, President Biden appointed the best brains to work with him. The president-elect should see himself as a president to all Nigerians irrespective of their tribes and he should listen to problems facing Nigerians and find a lasting solution to these problems.

We have no other nation expect Nigeria. Nigerians should cooperate with Tinubu to succeed as he has promised to deliver dividend of democracy to us all. The best piece of advice that I can give to the president-elect is to focus more attention on the Nigerian youths. ‘Yahoo boys’ have tarnished the image of Nigeria abroad. I expect the president-elect to do something to end the Yahoo business among the Nigeria youths.
