# EndSARS protest leaves Unity Fountain for NASS

#EunSARS protesters are taking off from the Unity fountain, in Abuja warming up for a peaceful protest to the National Assembly to present their grievances to legislators.

Members of the group took turns to admonish themselves on the ground rules amongst which is the need to be civil and avoid any action that will undermine the purpose of the .protest

All members are expected to comport themselves and ensure they do not litter the streets with bottles of water or drinks but use the waste bag being carried along.

#ENDSARS Protesters in Abuja are currently at the National Assembly where they kept a safe distance from the police who have mounted a wall to prevent them into the National Assembly complex.

Members of the #EndSARS protest sitting on Hospital avenue, road leading into the national assembly on instruction from their members.

The Emir of Zazzau, in Kaduna State, Alhaji Shehu Idris has died in his palace at the age of 84.

His son, Aminu Shehu Idris, confirmed in an interview with the Tribune Online that his late father who was appointed on 15th February, 1975 and spent 45 years in the throne died on Sunday after a protracted illness.
