‘Don Jazzy will be so proud’, fans hail Rema’s performance at concert in O2 Arena

Social media users have continued to praise Nigerian Afrobeat sensation, Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, for his energetic performance at his sold-out concert at the iconic O2 Arena in London, United Kingdom.

Rema, who became the youngest Nigerian artist to sell out the 20,000 capacity O2 Arena, joined the exclusive list that includes Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy, and Asake as the only Nigerian artists to have sold out the venue.

His performance at the Arena on Tuesday has continued to receive praises from Nigerians who describe him as the future of Afrobeat.

Taking to the popular social media platform X, some Nigerians hailed the ‘Calm Down’ hitmaker, stating that he has made himself and his label proud.

Reacting to his performance, “Don jazzy will be so proud.” @syre_wilson_ tweeted.

Another user @EdovibeQueen wrote, “I’m super proud of Rema Omo proud moment for ekehuan people.”

Another user, @blvckboyofph tweeted, “Omorr Rema is just too good for the music industry as a whole 🔥🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🦇.”

“He got the aura of the real big star ✨️✨️✨️✨️ Rema the new face of afrobeat.” @realtonyblack1 opined.

@favouritepunk17 wrote, “@heisrema Your O2 performance was fûcking lit, I don’t even know wetin I go type again, I’m speechless. I just want to say everyone- Nigerians, Africans, the whole world, including I, are so proud of you. Seeing you evolve from 2019 to now has been a wonderful experience.”
