Agric-based foundation empowers Nigerians with free chicken, fish to promote poultry farming

A non-governmental organisation, Tanimowo Pelumi Omojolaade Foundation, which focuses majorly on promotion of poultry and fish farming is offering free chicken and fish to Nigerians who are interested in venturing into the business.

According to the chief executive officer of the organisation, Dr Tanimowo Pelumi Omojolaade, the Foundation has been existing for more than a decade with the sole aim of imparting knowledge to people and eradicate poverty through its various empowerment programmes.

“At Tanimowo Pelumi Omojoolade Foundation, we feel we do not have to wait for government to assist the masses before we do the needful and that is why we give free chicken and fish to Nigerians who are interested in making their lives better through poultry business.

“We have been to many states of the federation among which are: Lagos, Oyo, Ogun to mention a few to empower people with knowledge and skills required to excel in the business in addition to the free chicken and fish as start-up.

“Aside from  the aforementioned, we also help people with support to access funds when there is the need to boost their business, because we quite understand the economic situation in the country. There will definitely be need for them to support their business with funds which may not be easily accessed without having the necessary support.”

Tanimowo, disclosed that since inception, the Foundation had been able to empower thousands of Nigerians majority of whose businesses are doing wonderfully well. He, therefore called on interested Nigerians to take advantage of the window of opportunity opened by Tanimowo Pelumi Omojolaade Foundation to pull themselves out of poverty and make their lives much better.
