Ahead of 2027 general elections, grassroots mobilisers for Tinubu and Shettima in Zamfara State have commenced mobilisation and sensitisation activities, saying massive votes await Tinubu/Shettima in the state.

The Zamfara State coordinator of the group, Alhaji Muhammad Adamu, stated this on Friday while speaking with newsmen in Gusau, the state capital.

He said the organisation was established to mobilise people at the grassroots and create greater awareness about the programmes and policies of the Tinubu-Shettima administration.

According to him, the group will engage communities, youth groups, women, community leaders and other relevant groups across the state as part of its mobilisation activities.

The coordinator said the organisation would take its message to the grassroots, particularly communities where people require direct information about government programmes and interventions.

He explained that the group would also use various communication platforms, including community engagements, meetings and media programmes, to reach a wider audience.

According to him, grassroots mobilisers appreciated the effort of Ahmad Abdulaziz Yari, who expressed the readiness of the group to work assiduously toward ensuring the victory of President Tinubu and Kashim Shettima.

He called on members and supporters to remain peaceful, law-abiding and committed to the democratic process as the country approaches the 2027 General Elections.

The Grassroots Mobilisers also pledged to work with relevant stakeholders to ensure peaceful and constructive political engagement across the state.
