SANLAM Nigeria, the parent company of Sanlam Life Insurance Nigeria Limited and Sanlam General Insurance Nigeria Limited, has launched two products, one each for the two companies.
The two offerings are Family Love by Sanlam Life and *1056# Code of Confidence by Sanlam General Insurance.
The first is a funeral product which has several first of its kind add-ons, while the second is a USSD code that allows customers access speedy resolution of motor claims and also a first-of-its-kind in Nigeria.
According to the company, *1056# has already gained traction and Family Love is following after.
The CEO of Sanlam Ghana, Ben-Ahmed, in his remarks said it was striking that Sanlam Nigeria chose the customer service celebration week, which is a global event, to launch the two products “with unwavering commitment to serve the market with empathy in consideration and ensure that everything you do has a lasting impact, legacy.”
Ben-Ahmed, while delivering the well wishes of the Ghana sister company, said the launch of the offerings was amazing promise to replicate Code of Confidence in Ghana just as Family Love, a market rejuvenation offering for Ghana Sanlam was adapted by Sanlam Life Insurance Nigeria.
