For the first time, on Thursday, President Muhammadu Buhari was spotted in public wearing a face mask.

President Buhari was seen wearing a face mask on his arrival in Mali.

President Buhari is in Bamako, the Republic of Mali on a one-day visit, following the briefing by the ECOWAS Special Envoy to the country, former President Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday.
