Nigeria needs servant leadership, says Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde

Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, has voiced her perspective on the qualities of leadership that Nigerians truly deserve.

The actress, celebrated for her roles on screen and her advocacy off-screen, disclosed that Nigerians yearn for servant leaders who genuinely love and support their fellow countrymen.

In a statement released on her Instagram handle on Friday,  Omotola expressed her belief in the aspirations of the Nigerian people. She asserted that Nigerians are diligent, street-smart and have an unwavering work ethic.

“They are ready to give their very best to achieve their dreams, with the ultimate goal of leading fulfilling lives,” she said.

Omotola said that Nigerians hold values close to their hearts, including a love for community, culture and camaraderie. These bonds, she believed, are essential components of the Nigerian spirit, fostering unity and resilience even in the face of challenges.

The actress noted the importance of quality leadership in enabling Nigerians to flourish and excel. She believed that with the right leaders at the helm, the industrious and passionate people of Nigeria can unlock their full potential and achieve success.

Her advocacy serves as a reminder that strong, servant leadership can propel Nigeria to even greater heights, allowing its people to thrive and prosper.
