Neck pain and dizziness

Published by

I have been battling with neck pain and dizziness for a long time. The X-ray of my neck showed some weakness of the neck bones called Cervical Spondylitis. Please, what can I do about this.

Cervical spondylitis, often causing symptoms like dizziness, can be managed through various approaches. Initial steps typically include rest, gentle neck exercises, and maintaining good posture. You might also find relief from over-the-counter pain relievers or muscle relaxants, but it’s crucial to consult a healthcare professional for proper guidance and a personalised treatment plan. Physical therapy and lifestyle adjustments like ergonomic changes can help alleviate symptoms.
