I want to put on some weight

I am a successful business man. My problem is that I have I am so thin that people are making fun of me. Kindly let me know what to eat so I can put on some weight.

Before complaining about your ‘thin’ size, try and find out if other members of your family are also of the same physique. If this is the case, your present physique is your natural size and you should leave it as it is. Although you did not specify your age, people usually put on weight as they age. However, if you insist on putting on weight quickly, you should increase your input of Carbohydrates (sugar) and fats. These range from Chocolate drinks, starchy foods to fired foods and sweets. However, a note of caution; some of these food items when taken in excess may negatively affect your health.
