August Meeting: Nutri-Yo distributes free drinks to Anambra women

Published by

Nutri-Yo, a food drink product of C-WAY Food and Beverages Nigeria Limited, has distributed free drinks and other gift items worth millions of naira to over 1000 women who participated in the ongoing 2023 August meeting in Anambra State.

The distribution took place at the Prof. Dora Akunyili women’s development centre in Awka on Sunday, during the women’s enlightenment programme organised by Mbada Women, a segment of Wazobia 93.7 FM Onitsha.

Distributing the drinks and other items, the Activation manager of the Company, Mr Maxwell, disclosed that the gesture was just to reenergize the women, which is why the August meeting unfolded.

“We are doing this free of charge just to reenergize and educate the women health-wise as the meeting continues, and that’s all.

Part of the company’s objectives is to encourage a healthy lifestyle and also to render support to such cultural meetings across the states of Nigeria.

The manager called on the women to re-channel their family’s drink tastes towards NUTRI-YO for a healthy and happy life.

The State Commissioner for Women and Children Affairs, Hon. Ify Obinabo, while declaring the event open, charged the women to always love themselves, noting that 95 per cent of problems befalling women in society are emitted by fellow women.

The event was moderated by Kachy Okafor, a frontline member of Mbada Women.
