Abegunde hails Nigerian-American, Mobolade’s emergence as mayor of Colorado

Nigerian-American and business administration expert Kayode Abegunde, has hailed the emergence of his fellow Nigerian-American, Yemi Mobolade, as Mayor of Colorado Springs City.
Abegunde, a candidate for Insurance Commissioner in State of Delaware in next year’s elections in the United States of America, in a statement he signed and made available to journalists on Friday, noted that the feat recorded by Mobolade is a testament to the fact that Nigerians abroad are major contributors to various developments around the world.
While congratulating Mobolade, Abegunde, urged him to see his new status as an opportunity to accomplish great exploits in order for the people who reposed their confidence in him with the mandate given to him not to have cause to regret their actions and also portray Nigeria in a good light an act which gave him the chance to attain the new height.
Abegunde, expressed optimism of winning the election as Insurance Commissioner in next year’s elections, adding that welfare of the people of State of Delaware will be paramount in his developmental agenda.
He concluded by advising Nigerians in diaspora to always be good ambassadors of their country, stating that they can achieve greater things even more than Mobolade and other Nigerians who have recorded series of milestones outside their fatherland.
