What causes sudden death

In my community, when someone dies of ‘Sudden Death’ the mind goes to witchcraft. Is there any scientific explanation for somebody who has been hale and hearty to suddenly die?

There are some diseases that can cause death without producing any obvious pain or symptoms. These are the diseases known to cause what people refer to as ‘Sudden Death’.  One example of such a disease is sudden cardiac arrest, which occurs when the heart suddenly stops beating. In many cases, there may be no warning signs or symptoms before a person experiences sudden cardiac arrest, and death can occur within minutes. Another example of a disease that can cause death without obvious pain or symptoms is pulmonary embolism which occurs when a blood clot travels to the lungs and blocks blood flow. In some cases, a person may experience no symptoms before a pulmonary embolism occurs, and death can happen quickly. It’s worth noting that while some diseases can cause death without producing obvious pain or symptoms, many other diseases do produce symptoms that can be detected before they become life-threatening. Regular check-ups and screenings with a healthcare provider can help detect potential health issues early and improve the chances of successful treatment.
