Tinubu came prepared to unleash economic terror on Nigerians — Sowore

Presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, Omoyele Sowore, has accused President Bola Tinubu’s administration of unleashing social and economic terror on Nigerians.

In a post on his verified Twitter handle on Monday, Sowore expressed his concern about the rising costs of living in the country.

According to Sowore, tuition fees in some schools have increased by 500%, electricity charges are skyrocketing, fuel costs have quadrupled, and food prices have become unaffordable for many Nigerians.

He lamented the impact of these rising costs on the citizens.

Sowore asserted that the current administration had come prepared to impose harsh economic measures on Nigerians, and he expressed his belief that the regime will face consequences for its actions.

He encouraged Nigerians to organise and take a stand against the government’s policies.

In his tweet, Sowore said, “It is Monday morning and the roads are famished and empty. School fees are going up by 500% in some schools, electricity charges are skyrocketing, fuel costs have quadrupled, food prices have gone beyond the reach of many… the @officialABAT regime came prepared to unleash social and economic terror on Nigerians and the rogue regime will get its comeuppance soon! Organise don’t agonise! They did not promise magic, they promised Shege! #Renewedshege #Revolutionnow.”
