The Voice Nigeria is fully produced in Nigeria for the very first time, and this season’s world-class production team are making history and will definitely succeed in capturing the viewership required to make this show a success. The Voice Nigeria returned to screens last Saturday with excitement, action, heat, range and more style.
This season’s hosts, Nancy Isime and Toke Makinwa lived up to expectations with glitz, fabulosity, and glam and the excitement was given extra gear when the new coaches came on stage. Clearly, Falz, this season, is here for the cool gang with good vibes.
Darey, the classic man, another new addition to the new season, surely knows how it feels like to compete from his reality TV experience.
For the old coaches, Waje and Yemi Alade would be looking for big voices with good times.
This season, there are four stages of the show; Blinds, Knockouts, Battles, and Live Shows. Each stage brings fans something different with increasing excitement. The Blinds involve the unique selection process where potential contestants audition and judges are left “blind” to select contestants.
The Blinds are followed up by the Knockout stage, coaches select the outstanding talents to form their team that they will compete with.
In the Battle stage, two team members battle each other, it’s survival of the pitchest! The final stage is the live shows, artists from each team compete against each other during a live broadcast and viewers get to vote.
Already, the coaches have started getting talents to coach, with Yemi Alade, Falz, Darey and Waje battling one another to enlist talents.
