Still on how to stop smoking

I refer to your message in the Saturday Tribune of March 3, 2018 on How To Stop Smoking. Judging by my own personal experience, to stop smoking is not by will power or medical means but through Divine Intervention.

I was a heavy smoker before one evening when I developed a severe chest pain after the usual day smoking. I was unable to breathe well so I prayed to God and promised to stopsmoking if He healed me. He did. Since then, I have quit smoking
