Nigeria records 89 new COVID-19 infections, total now 164,000

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has recorded 74 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 164,000.

The NCDC disclosed this on its official Twitter handle on Wednesday.

“89 new cases of #COVID19Nigeria; Lagos-19 FCT-15 Adamawa-12 Akwa Ibom-10 Cross River-9 Rivers-6 Ogun-6 Kano-5 Kaduna-4 Osun-3.”
