The ongoing 2023 Governorship and House of Assembly elections witnessed a massive turnout of voters in Keffi town, Keffi local government area of Nasarawa State.
The INEC officials arrived at the polling units as early as 7 am Kofar Hausa Primary School, Keffi where there is a cluster of polling units from 002 to 004.
Some of the voters who spoke with Tribune Online expressed happiness that all the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) machines are working perfectly while the voting processes are orderly.
Also, security agents as well as foreign observers were present at the polling units to maintain law and order and to observe the process.
Unlike the last presidential and national assembly elections, voters found it easy to locate their polling units.
Other polling units visited within Keffi city witnessed similar orderliness and peaceful conduct of the polls.
It would be recalled that Nasarawa State is one of the ten states identified as flash point battlefields during the Governorship election.
