At just 35 years of age, I enjoy my afternoon napping. I hope this will not affect my health in anyway

Apart from the relaxation and improved ability to concentrate, recent research has confirmed that daily napping may help preserve brain health. Therefore, rather than worry about your napping, you should continue the habit because of its intense health benefits.
