My 50-year-old Uncle who has been on treatment for depression for some years now recently had a relapse during the lockdown caused by the Pandemic. Although he is now getting better, kindly advise me on how he can cope during this Pandemic.

Just because we can’t go to a service right now doesn’t mean that we can’t worship online. Finally, encourage him to practice physical distancing, also referred to as social distancing, and wear a mask, if you are going to be around other people.
