Makinde appoints Operation Burst DG, ex-Tribune man, 10 other aides

Governor Seyi Makinde approved the appointment of Colonel Oladipo James Ajibola as the Director-General of Operation Burst on Friday.

The governor also approved the appointments of Mrs Bosede Sodiq as Senior Special Assistant (Broadcast Media), Mr Kehinde Oluwaseyi Ogunsanya as Senior Special Assistant (Economic Planning), and Mr Adebayo Akande as Senior Special Assistant (Information Communication Technology).

In a letter signed by his Chief of Staff, Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi, Governor Makinde also approved the following appointments: Mr Albert Adebowale Ogunyemi as Special Assistant (Photographer) to the Governor; Mr Jesse Onoriode as Special Assistant (Photographer 2) to the Governor; Mr Oyebode Babatunde as Special Assistant (Transport) to the Governor; Mr Adeyanju Daniel Akinloye as Special Assistant (Transport 2) to the Governor; Mr Moses Adebayo Alao, a former Tribune Staff, as Special Assistant (Print Media) to the Governor; Mr Fisayo Daramola as Special Assistant (Digital Media) to the Governor; Mr Ogunbowale Oladayo Olajuwon as Special Assistant (Communication) to the Governor; and Mr Ademola Aderinto as Special Assistant (Environment) to the Governor.

The appointments are effective immediately, as stated in the letter. Governor Makinde congratulated the new appointees and emphasized that they should view their appointment as a call to further serve the people. He urged them to carry out their duties with utmost loyalty, dedication, and diligence.
