Apart from making sure that your bed and beddings are in good conditions, it is also important for you to decrease your bedroom light, create a bedtime routine and limit phone and TV use in bed. In addition, you need to decrease your caffeine intake and increase exercises. All these should be done with the belief that your Blood Pressure and other vital signs have been checked to be normal. It has been confirmed that getting more sleep is healthy. In addition to giving an individual more energy during the day, good sleep (approximately 7 hours per day) also makes the person more alert and improves the mood.
