I have only one testes

Although I was born with two testes, my parents informed me that I had an infection as a young boy. This resulted in the loss of one of my testes. The other one is in my scrotum. Now that I am about to start a family at the age of 25 years, I am getting worried if one testes will be adequate enough to raise a family.

Since the testes is already in the scrotum, it should also be healthy enough to produce viable sperms. However, to be on the safe side, you could go for a semen analysis in order to confirm the viability of your sperms.
