In order to avoid heart attacks, the heart needs a constant blood supply. Therefore, in order to avoid a heart attack, one needs to improve the blood flow to the heart. This can be achieved through; regular exercises, consumption of a healthy diet with more green vegetable, more fiber plus food, fruits, vitamin b12 as well as the avoidance of excessive salt and alcohol intake including smoking. Adequate consumption of water and sleep will also aid a good blood flow to the heart.
