How to avoid blood transfusion

I am a 45- year -old man. I recently had surgery for a long- standing stomach issue. However, in line with my religious faith, I  declined blood transfusion during the surgical operation. Now I feel weak always due to my low blood level which my doctor say can only be treated with a blood transfusion. Kindly help me with an alternative.
