I am 74 years of age. Due to my present health conditions, I was advised to avoid any carbohydrate food and go for protein foods like Beans. Kindly let me know which other protein foods/fruits that I can eat.

In general, you have to eat all types of foods for a balanced diet. Therefore, in addition to Beans, you also need to eat other varieties of foods such as fruits and vegetables, dairy and alternatives as well as pulses, fish and eggs.
