A former Senator, Dino Melaye, has been named as the head of a committee to screen all aspirants for the South-West Zonal Executive Committee positions in the congress of the zone coming up on Monday, April 12, in Osogbo, the Osun State capital.
According to a statement issued by the party and signed by its National Organising Secretary, Colonel Austin Akobundu (retd), the screening is scheduled to hold on Saturday, April 10, in Osogbo.
Other members of the committee are Senator Shetimma Danjuma Laar, Honourable Ekeleme Chima Ikieje, Mr Egede Ogo Israel and Dr (Mrs) Emilia Ezude, who will serve as Secretary.
The party had during the week shifted its South-West zonal congress from Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, to Osogbo.
