Can I drink coffee?

Published by

I am 55 years old with a slightly high Blood Pressure which I have been managing with medications, diet and exercise. I recently read that coffee is not good for hypertension. Kindly let me know what to do since I love drinking coffee.

Although it has been confirmed that a moderate consumption of coffee is safe for those with well controlled hypertensions, it is advisable for you to seek your doctor’s opinion on this.
