Again, fire guts Balogun market building in Lagos

A five storey building at the popular Balogun Market on the Island of Lagos State has been gutted by raging fire in the early hours of Tuesday. 

The cause of the inferno cannot be ascertained as at the time of filing this report but firefighters are still battling to control it .

The Director of the Lagos Fire and Rescue Service, Margaret Adeseye, confirmed the development in a short statement .

She assured that the fire would be put under control by men of the state firefighters and other responders.
