Former Minister of State for Education, Chief Kenneth Gbagi, has said that with unity among the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) across the country, the party would clinch successes in the coming 2023 general elections.
The frontline Delta State 2023 governorship aspirant and chieftain of the PDP assured Nigerians of the party`s ability to emerge from all forms of disunity and return to a national reckoning both at the national and state levels come 2023.
The industrialist and entrepreneur made the remark in Warri during a visit to Robinson Kenneth Gbagi Plaza, popularly called ‘Plaza,’ one of the biggest ICTs wares hubs in West Africa.
He urged stakeholders of PDP to embrace unity ahead of the 2023 elections, predicting that the current division will not continue as all members are interconnected with the party.
According to the lawyer and criminologist, PDP is the only party with a visible structure in Nigeria.
“There is no other party in Delta State than PDP. It is not about noise-making, it is not about thinking of using the police, soldiers and SSS, they are also members of our communities and they will do what is right,” he quipped.
It will be recalled that the former National Chairman of PDP, Dr Bamanga Tukur, had recently described the Oginibo-born Chief Gbagi as nothing, but a veritable presidential material.
