Wax in my ear

I am a site engineer with a construction Company in Benue State. My main problem is wax in my ears; a condition which my doctor said is caused by the dusty nature of my working environment. Kindly let me know what to do as I don’t have any other job except the construction work.

Your doctor is right since people involved with dusty work places tend to have periodic complaints of ear wax. If you don’t want to change your job, then you could try using ear plugs to protect your ears from dust.
