Users lament as App Store goes down in USA

Published by

Some users in the United States of America have taken to social media to express their frustration over issues with the App Store, a popular digital distribution platform developed by Apple Inc.

Many reported problems across devices, including the iPhone, iPad, and Mac, stating that they are unable to download apps after tapping the ‘Get’ button.

One of the frustrated users, @TweetsByTamzin wrote, “Anybody else having issues with the Apple App Store and general Apple ID? I can’t install any apps or check the status of my Apple account…”

“many people can’t download apps right now from the app store all over the world @AppleSupport fix it asap!!.” @soyuugen tweeted

@frankyLV1 wrote, “Can’t download any apps from the App Store. This makes me feel grouchy or maybe I just need to have coffee. ☕️ 😡@Apple@AppStore.”

“Is there currently an issue with the @AppStore? Clicking on download leads to a few seconds of spinning and then nothing.” @gowry shared

@BogDrakonov tweeted, “The @AppStore has been down for a while now and Apple’s status page https://apple.com/support/systemstatus/ still doesn’t reflect this. It’s getting to the point where I want to get a job at Apple just to get the status checks of that page automated, and then quit and go back to my current job.”

However, Tribune Online’s check revealed that the App Store is functioning normally in Nigeria, as users in the country are still able to download apps without any glitches.
