Tinubu has no solution to Nigeria’s problems — Ex-Rep, Bugaje

Published by

A former member of the House of Representatives, Usman Bugaje, has described the failure of the current administration of President Bola Tinubu in solving the economic problems plaguing the country in the last eight months, as due to lack of ideas.

The former lawmaker made this known on Monday, while speaking during Politics Today’s programme on Channels Television.

He noted that as much as Tinubu’s government has proven to have no immediate solutions to the country’s problems, those he called ‘sycophants’ in the present administration have also failed to bring up viable ideas too.

“Today, it is everybody’s knowledge that Bola Tinubu has no solutions to the problems of this country. His government has failed to address the most essential issues,” the ex-lawmaker said.

When asked whether he is surprised by the performance of the present government in the last eight months, he said: “I am extremely disappointed,…I can see a lot of sycophancy around him and he seems to be very comfortable with the kind of people around him that don’t seem to have any idea in their heads.

”We were expecting that for him (Tinubu) to announce the removal of the subsidy, he must have had a plan….apparently he did that without any preparation,” he added.
