The perfect yoghurt parfait

Parfait is a rich dessert made with whipped cream, eggs, and fruit. It is different from yoghurt, so one can make parfait  by boiling cream, egg, sugar and syrup while still adding yoghurt.

Yogurt Parfait recipe is a simple breakfast or snack that starts with a thick and creamy yogurt layered with homemade granola and fresh berries then topped with more fresh berries and a honey.

The yoghurt parfait gives a distinctive taste.

Make sure the ingredient used will be in equal parts (as seen in the pictures).

 

Ingredients:

Vanilla Yoghurt

Berries

Granola

Nuts

 

Preparation

• Place ¼ cup of yogurt in the bottom of each glass, followed by ¼ cup granola, then ¼ cup berries in a large glass
• Repeat layers
• Pick a cup or bowl that you would love to eat out of.

(A cup is easy to hold as well as tall for the pretty layers to stay in place while moving around)

• Top with berries, nuts, and drizzle with honey.
• Serve chilled.
