Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers has reaffirmed its commitments towards expertly managing funds of its customers as well as commitment towards developing the industry and economy.
Speaking at the 2021 Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Virtual Employers Forum, the Chief Executive of the firm, Olumide Oyeran, stated that as the largest PFA in the country, both in the volume of Retirement Savings Accounts and value of Assets Under Managemen, it would continue to deliver value.
On the theme of the forum, Pension Administration in the New Normal, Oyeran said the virtual gathering in itself was an example of the new ways of operating in the new normal of the post-COVID 19 era.
He noted that discussions such as the mental and physical health of employees have become paramount for any organization and must be equipped to support employees while adding that discussions on new and efficient ways of serving customers in these times are also important to give our customers the confidence that the focus at Stanbic IBTC remained to help them to retire well.
Oyeran, however, appreciated customers and partners for their continuous support over the years, noting that despite the pandemic and other recent unsettling events, they have remained committed to delivering value in your spheres of influence, while also partnering with us to add value to pension contributors across the country.
At the forum, Layo Olaogun explained to over 500 participants about the upgrades that had been done on the online services of the Pension managers during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide customers with seamless services.
Bolanle Shovowale, Head, Benefits Administrations speaks on the benefits customers would enjoy, while Dr Jatto Sylvanus explained employers can manage their health during the pandemic, in order to sustain productivity.
