Speaker Abbas unveils 10th House of Reps principal officers

Hon. Adewunmi Onanuga, member representing Remo Federal Constituency of Ogun State has been adopted as the Deputy Chief Whip of the 10th House of Representatives,

Hon. Onanuga’s nomination was approved by the Speaker, Hon. Tajudeen Abbas as part of the zoning arrangement across the six geopolitical zones of the country.

In confirmation of the Nigerian Tribune’s previous reports, Hon. Julius Ihovbere (APC-Edo) emerged as the Majority Leader and Hon. Abdullahi Ibrahim Halims (APC-Kogi) emerged as Deputy Majority Leader.

Also, Hon. Bello Usman Kumo (QPC-Gombe) emerged as Majority Chief Whip while Hon. Adewunmi Oriyomi Onanuga (APC-Ogun) emerged as Deputy Chief Whip.

For the Leadership of the Minority Caucus, Hon. Kingsley Chinda (PDP-Rivers) emerged as Minority Leader,
Hon. Ali Madaki (NNPP-Kano) emerged as Deputy Minority Leader, Hon. Ali Isa (PDP-Gombe) emerged as Minority Whip while Hon. George Ozodinobi (LP-Anambra) emerged as Deputy Minority Whip.
