My son is not my child

Published by

I get worried and find it difficult to sleep each time I look at my 3-year-old son who does not resemble me or the mother in any way. Although I have paid for a Legal Advice on the issue, I want to know what other medical tests I can do to confirm the boy’s paternity because I don’t think the boy is my child.

The fact that your child does not resemble you or the mother physically is not a good excuse to doubt your son’s paternity since the boy could resemble you or the mother in behaviour and not facially. Having said this, the paternity test using the DNA profile of the father and child is about the most authentic way to clarify the boy’s paternity. However, before embarking on this test, you should try and find out if you have any serious reasons to doubt your wife’s fidelity since this may cause a lot of friction between both of you.
