Sabol fitness centre annual independence walk to hold in Ibadan

Arrangement has been concluded for the year 2023 edition of the annual Sabol Fitness Centre Independence Walk scheduled to hold on Monday, October 3 in celebration of Nigeria’s independence from British colonialism.

The walk is put together by the physical fitness outfit domiciled at the Obafemi Awolowo Stadium, Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

According to the coordinator of the event, who is also the chief fitness coach of the centre, Mr Saka Ajibola Adesina, logistics to ensure a hitch-free walk have been put in place, ranging from medical care, effective of control human and vehicular movement and security of participants.

The walk would take participants through the Obafemi Awolowo Stadium Ring-Road, Challenge and back to the Obafemi Awolowo Stadium for light aerobics to wrap up the event for the day.
