Pineapple and kidney stones

I like Pineapple a lot but I am worried by the news that it can increase the incidence of Kidney stones. Kindly help to confirm.

While the pineapple is generally considered a healthy fruit, individuals with a history of kidney stones may want to moderate their intake. Pineapple contains oxalates, compounds that can contribute to the formation of certain types of kidney stones, such as calcium oxalate stones. Benefits of pineapple include; Rich in Vitamin C: Pineapple is a good source of vitamin C, which is essential for immune function, skin health, and wound healing. Dietary Fiber: Pineapple contains dietary fiber, promoting digestive health and aiding in regular bowel movements.

Anti-Inflammatory Properties: Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme with anti-inflammatory properties that may have health benefits. It›s important to note that individual responses to specific foods vary. If you have a history of kidney stones or other health concerns, it is recommended to consult your doctor.
