Patoranking, Lagos elite turn up for Quilox reopening

All roads led to the reopening of the upscale Quilox club on Friday, April 19, as lifestyle enthusiast turned politician, Honourable Shina Peller rolled out the red carpet for the reopening of his popular nightclub, with pomp and celebration.

The reopening coincides with its eleventh anniversary and is coming a few weeks after the completion of the renovated nightclub after it was shut down in March 2024.

The event had, in attendance, several music and movie stars including Patoranking who headlined the opening concert, Yhemo Lee, Timaya and many others.

Speaking at the event, Peller said that the period of Ramadan is always one of rebirth, which is why Quilox is always closed for one month at that time of the year.

Speaking further, Peller, a former House of Representatives member, said, “Chaos, they say, precedes order. On April 19, Club Quilox returned from its annual break. The break of over one month is usually a time to revamp the space, unlearn old ways and learn new ones, creating an environment with better service and experience for guests.

Many guests who attended the event stayed till the early hours of Saturday and stressed to Nigerian Tribune that Quilox remains the epitome of nightlife hospitality in Africa.
