Oodua youth group inducts Abiola as ambassador

The leadership of the leading youth group in the South West, Oodua Youth Coalition (OYC) has inducted the Chief Executive Officer of Opnet Homes and Properties, Opeyemi Moyosore Abiola as an ambassador of the coalition.

The President of OYC, Mr Oluyi Akintade Tayo who presented the plaque said the decision of the group to select Abiola as one of its ambassadors as a result of his numerous contributions and exploits in the entrepreneurship career.

He maintained that the recipient has carved a niche for himself in his career and also serve as an encouragement to other youths in the South West on the need to be dedicated and committed to their chosen career.

Oluyi said that the group would continue to celebrate outstanding youths who are exiling in their various endeavours, adding that it is one of the core mandates of OYC to seek the protection and development of youths.

He said, ” The leadership of Oodua Youth Coalition induct him as an ambassador of the organization having exceeded excellently well in his choosing entrepreneurship field.

“It is part of our values to celebrate youths that are making us proud in their careers so that it will serve as an encouragement to other youths out there on need for them to be dedicated and persevere to whatever course they are handling.

“Abiola is no doubt a proud son of Yoruba land and we are happy that we are choosing him as our ambassador to further strengthen our resolve in enhancing the growth and development of our youths.”

The OYC president urged him to continue in his efforts at ensuring a better life for youths working with him and the betterment of the Oodua land, saying all his contributions would be remembered in due course.

Responding, Abiola commended the leadership of OYC for the honour, promising them he would continue to do everything possible to contribute to the socio-economic development of the region.
