Ogunnaike donates poultry research pen to Bowen University

CHAIRMAN and Chief Executive Officer, Folhope Limited, an agro-based company headquartered in Ibadan, Chief Emmanuel Folorunsho Ogunnaike (MFR), has donated a poultry research pen to Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State.

Ogunnaike, who is also the Chairman, Agriculture Trade Group of Ibadan Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, noted that he donated the research pen in order for the students of school who are undergoing training to become animal scientists to have practical knowledge of what they are being taught in the classroom.

He stated that:”The teaching of animal science I believe should not be limited to the classroom and to become an animal scientist, it is imperative to undergo both theoretical and practical training. This was the reason I took the pain as a major stakeholder in the poultry value chain to donate the research pen such that the students would have the opportunity of learning the practical aspect of animal science seamlessly.”
